Roll Form Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate 3 or 4 pinch rolling machine to roll large aluminum or metal plates, sheets, or bars into arcs, cylinders, or cones.
- Read, interpret, and utilize Blueprints and templates.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 5 years of hands on experience as a Roll From Operator.
- Must have strong knowledge of geometry and general mathematics.
- Must have strong knowledge of the physical properties of metal in order to set up machine and plan sequence of operation positions.
- Ability to work pieces into machine manually or through the use of an overhead crane.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Bump forming experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
