JOB TITLE: Operations Coordinator/Manager
EMPLOYER: Asian Youth Center
DEPARTMENT: Administration
REPORTS TO: Deputy Director
EFFECTIVE DATE: January 1, 2022
FLSA STATUS: Full-Time, Hourly or Exempt, At-Will
SALARY: $21 - $62,400
SUMMARY: Provide support for overall agency operations in the areas of information technology,
vehicle fleet, facilities maintenance, office management and administrative support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide direct supervision to Receptionists, Administrative Assistants, and Operations
Associates;
2. Work with the IT administrator to maintain AYC’s Information Technology systems;
• Computer Login Requests and Resets
• Email Admin Access - create login access, add to email groups, etc.
• Computer Admin - repair, restore, download and install applications
• Fax sending and receiving
• Manage Operations emails
3. Maintain AYC facilities and offices in all areas listed;
• Maintenance including repairs-plumber, electrician, HVAC, etc.
• Opening and closing of office(s)
• Inspections
• Keys and Alarm Codes
• Alarms -Burglar and Fire
• Facility Use
• Cleaning vendor
• Insurance
• Business License
• Setup for events
4. Responsible for purchasing, inventory, and distribution of office supplies and program materials,
in compliance with AYC procurement and purchase policies and procedures;
5. Maintain Fleet;
• Inspections
• Records
• Service - oil changes, tires, wipers, etc.
• Registration
• Insurance
• Maintain vehicles calendar
6. Maintain AYC Equipment;

• Cell phones/Hot spots
• Desk phones
• Computers (Laptops & Desktops)
• Copiers, Printers and Scanners
• TV’s and projectors
7. Provide support to development activities and events;
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business Administration from four-year college or university, or one
to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and
experience;
• At least 3 years of related working experience with non-profit or similar business;
• Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize and problem solve;
• Experience working with diverse communities;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail in documentation;
• Certificates, licenses and registrations required: Adult, Child, and Infant CPR/AED & First Aid
Certification; valid California driver’s license, excellent driving record, reliable transportation
and auto insurance;
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Google email, drive, calendar, etc.; and Microsoft
Windows Operating System.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, or Spanish.
