Los Angeles Based Property Management Firm is seeking an enthusiastic individual for a Full Time On-Site/Live-In property manager to manage a property in the Koreatown area.
Someone who is bilingual in KOREAN is highly desired. Property is located neat MacArthur park and local public transportation (Red Line and city buses).
Responsibilities: (Not Limited To):
• Collection of Rent & Delinquencies
• Generating and Posting of notices as needed
• Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed
• Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors
• Advertise, market and lease vacant units
• Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
Requirements: (Not Limited To):
• Bilingual in KOREAN is preferred
• 1 year of onsite property manager experience managing 50+ units is preferred
• GED or HS Diploma
• Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
• Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local
law/regulations
• Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Compensation:
• $3600-3900/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent reduction.
• Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
• Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
Schedule:
• Full Time
• Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
• Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
