Job Description
Title : Associate IS Analyst Technical Infrastructure
Requirements
• Fresh university graduated degree in Computer Sciences / Information Systems / Engineering with additional certificates, degrees or experience in IS
• Under 4 years in Information Technology (Entry level, development position)
• Strong communication skills with both English and Korean
• Knowledge of Network & Server Infrastructure
• Ability to deliver qualified services based on ITIL framework
Accountability
• Acquire knowledge of IT capabilities needed to support the business requirements
• Analyze, define information and technical needs
• Participate in the deployment and localization of global IT solutions
• Network Infrastructure
• Provide maintenance and support for local and global IT solutions
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures and standards in order to achieve quality and compliance of solution and services
