Requirements and Qualifications
l Age: 40~45
l More than 5 years of experience in the smart card industry.
l Master Degree
l Major: Engineering, Business Administration, Business Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Product Planning, and Sales and Marketing
l Capable to establish the Sales and Marketing Plan
l Fluent in English with high level of communication in speaking and writing
Detailed Job Description
Business development for our activities
l Develop the Korea market, selling all activities and services ranges, to generate revenue growth and achieve targeted goals
l Manage the sales team
l Provide the local market information and strategy to regional VP
l Create new value-added services
l Manage key accounts and coordinates on the engineering sales projects with our larger customers
l Create new customer relations and increase portfolio existing customers.
l Maintain a sales pipeline of products and service opportunities and facilitate the successful delivery of projects with the delivery team
Responsible for Engineering service delivery for Korean customers
l Define and implement the necessary means of delivery (human &technical)
l Establish delivery reporting to regional VP
l Ensure project profitability
Financial management
l Drive and take ownership of the P & L of company’s reaching objectives in terms of revenues and profitability
People management
l An integral contributor to all HR-related processes: Recruitment, Performance appraisals, Promotion reviews, Salary reviews
l Responsible for ensuring that all local team members adhere to company HR policies and procedures.
Hosting of company activity (one of business unit), when required.

l Salary: determined after consultation
l Incentive and other treatment: in accordance with company standards
