I am excited to share that KCCD/FACE is hosting our 16th Homeownership Fair next Saturday, July 8th from 9am to 1pm. Come learn about various downpayment and closing cost assistance programs, 3% down, doctor's program, etc including city and county's $60,000 downpayment program or some of the banks' 3 to 1 match program. You will be surprised what you don't know. Even if you think you are not for homeownership, this is a great way to learn how to prepare yourself.
For homeowners who may be at risk of foreclosure, or you lost your job or you business has decrease in income, we have great programs including getting 18 months of your mortgage payment made. These are amazing programs. Come learn and I would appreciate if you can share with your network.
